Meet Diane Stroud
Diane E. Stroud is Principal of Stroud Training Systems, a professional speaking and training firm that stresses the importance of "people skills" in the workplace. She strives to impact bottom line results by improving customer loyalty and employee productivity. Diane brings vast knowledge and experience from her 20 years in sales, marketing and training with SBC, AT&T and AT&T International. During her career, she traveled extensively delivering keynotes, seminars and workshops on effective telephone skills and etiquette for sales and customer service personnel.
Enthusiasm could be Diane's middle initial! Her workshops and seminars are interactive and packed with information and ideas that are enlightening, entertaining and easy to implement. She is high energy and is able to relate to diverse audiences. Topics include Social Styles, Teleniques, Narrative Learning Systems and Career Transition.
Diane is a native Houstonian and a graduate of the University of Houston. She is a member of the local and national chapters of the National Speakers Association and the American Society for Training and Development. She also previously served as an Executive Board member of Houston Proud. Diane is a life member of the Speakers Committee of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. She has served the committee in various leadership positions and was named Team Speaker of the Year in 2001,2003 and 2007.
Additionally, her company has been certified by the Women’s Business Enterprise Alliance/Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBEA/WBENC) as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE), by the State of Texas as a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) and by the City of Houston as a Women/Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (WDBE).
